How to Dream Higher Subscription Service - Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription and Payment

1.1 Your subscription to the "How to Dream Higher" service will be facilitated through our secure payment provider, GoCardless.

1.2 By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee as indicated on the website or promotional materials.

1.3 Payments will be automatically processed through GoCardless. Please refrain from submitting multiple subscription requests, as this may result in multiple charges. If you are uncertain about the status of your subscription, kindly contact us for verification.

1.4 In the event of multiple submissions due to user error, we cannot be held responsible for any additional fees or payments incurred.

1.5 Refunds are not available; however, transferable options, such as additional month/s, may be offered upon cancellation of your membership.

1.6 It is the customers (your) responsibility to cancel any direct debit should you wish to end your subscription. How to Dream Higher will not reimburse for any overpayments.

2. Payment Security

2.1 GoCardless will handle the secure processing of your payments.

2.2 We assure you that your payment details are handled with the utmost confidentiality and security.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 In the unlikely event of a subscription charge increase, you will be given 1 months notice of any changes via the email address given to GoCardless. 

3.2 Subscription breaks include, but are not limited to, leaving and re-joining or payment failures leading to re-subscription.

3.3 Any break in subscription requires re-joining at the current membership price displayed on the website.

4. Instagram Integration

4.1 "How to Dream Higher" will run directly from Instagram for ease of access.

4.2 You may join from one account only. For multiple team members, ensure you join from the account all team members have access to.

4.3 We do not accept multiple accounts under one subscription. Join from a business or personal page. Private Instagram accounts must accept our follow request for access.

5. Cancellation

5.1 Membership to private groups will be removed immediately upon cancellation. All payments are non-refundable due to instant access to information upon joining.

5.2 It is your responsibility to cancel your direct debit through GoCardless via your banking app, bank branch, or phone.

5.3 We reserve the right to cancel your subscription and membership at any time.

6. Membership Policy

6.1 All training and information provided on the "How to Dream Higher" page and intellectual property are owned by "How to Dream Higher" and cannot be copied, distributed, or shared with a third party.

6.2 Members who choose to teach must leave the groups immediately.

6.3 A 6-month gap is required between your last month with "How to Dream Higher" and launching your teaching page/classes.

7. Payment Failures Process

7.1 If payment fails, GoCardless will attempt up to 3 times. Notifications will be sent on Instagram for each attempt.

7.2 Failure on the third attempt will result in an invoice. Successful payment within 24hrs is required to maintain membership.

7.3 Failure to pay within the specified time will lead to subscription cancellation, requiring re-subscription at the current rate.

8. Exchange Rate Variable

8.1 Prices displayed on GoCardless forms are fixed regardless of exchange rate fluctuations.

8.2 You have the security of a fixed monthly subscription payment.

These terms and conditions are effective upon subscription to the "How to Dream Higher" service and are subject to change with prior notice.

9. Promotional Offers

9.1 From time to time, "How to Dream Higher" may offer promotional discounts or special offers.

9.2 These promotional offers may be withdrawn at anytime without notice.
